Summary

El Plan Nacional de RCP (PNRCP) de la SEMICYUC tiene como objetivo prioritario la implantación y difusión de los conocimientos, técnicas y métodos de enseñanza de las diferentes técnicas de Soporte Vital, así como la promoción de la investigación en este campo. La misión del PNRCP es conseguir que cualquier profesional sanitario y ciudadano tenga el nivel de conocimientos y habilidades que corresponda a su competencia en medidas básicas, intermedias o avanzadas de soporte vital. El PNRCP ha formado a más de 120.000 profesionales sanitarios y ha generalizado la formación reglada de soporte vital a nivel de todo el estado, con más de 7000 instructores de soporte vital. El plan tiene 16 objetivos prioritarios, que incluyen homogeneizar contenidos y metodología docente, formar y cualificar al personal docente, impartir cursos de reanimación cardiopulmonar y promover programas para el mantenimiento continuado de la calidad.
