Summary

Opća bolnica Pula, Odjel za dermatologiju i venerologiju, izvodi PRICK (ubodni) kožni test za utvrđivanje preosjetljivosti na različite alergene. Test se izvodi nanoseći otopinu alergena na kožu i ubodom lancete, a rezultat se očitava nakon 15 minuta. Potrebno je prestati uzimati određene lijekove prije testiranja, kao što su antihistaminici, antagonist H2 receptora, sistemski kortikosteroidi, kortikosteroidne kreme i masti, antidepresivi i anksiolitici. Test nije preporučen za vrijeme trudnoće i dojenja, a potrebno je donijeti medicinsku dokumentaciju i obavijestiti liječnika o prethodnim alergijskim reakcijama i kroničnim bolestima.
