Summary

Der Bericht "Quality through patients' eyes" der Schweizerischen Patientenorganisation SPO beschreibt die Ergebnisse einer Studie, die die Perspektive von Patientinnen und Patienten in Bezug auf die Qualität der Gesundheitsversorgung in der Schweiz untersucht. Die Studie wurde im Auftrag des Bundesamts für Gesundheit durchgeführt und basiert auf qualitativen Interviews mit 12 Patientinnen und Patienten. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Patientinnen und Patienten eine qualitativ hochstehende Gesundheitsversorgung als wichtig erachten, die ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse und Anliegen berücksichtigt. Die Studie identifiziert drei Aspekte, die für die Patientinnen und Patienten wichtig sind: die Gesundheitsergebnisse, die Erfahrung mit der Gesundheitsversorgung und die Sicherheit der Behandlung. Die Ergebnisse der Studie sollen zur Aktualisierung der Qualitätsstrategie des Bundes beitragen und die Perspektive der Patientinnen und Patienten in die Steuerung der Gesundheitsversorgung einbeziehen.
