Het bevat 1,0 mg/g triamcinolonacetonide en werkt ontstekingsremmend. De gebruikelijke startdosering is 1 x per dag de gehoorgang opvullen met zalf, af te bouwen in frequentie in overleg met de dierenarts. Er zijn geen bijwerkingen te verwachten, maar in een enkel geval kan irritatie optreden van de huid van het oor.
