1. Warm-up is to be done inside the competition venue.
2. The use of the venue for warm-up will be determined according to the competition schedule.
3. The warm-up area will be designated and announced on the Tochigi Athletics Association website and by competition staff.
4. Park roads and jogging courses around the soccer field can be used for individual jogging, but group running and relay baton passing are prohibited.
5. Waiting areas for participating teams will be designated, and the use of the main stand's rain shelter and back straight's rain shelter as waiting areas is prohibited.
6. The back straight's rain shelter and main stand's rain shelter can be used as warm-up areas, but waiting is not allowed.
7. One-way traffic rules apply, and athletes should be careful not to collide with each other.
8. The use of mini hurdles and other equipment is prohibited in certain areas.
9. The track has specific usage rules, including one-way traffic, no towing, and following staff instructions.
10. Certain areas, such as the long jump pit, are off-limits during competitions.
11. Specific time slots are allocated for different events and warm-up activities.
