Seven Welfare Association is grateful for the daily use of its nursing care services. The facility holds various events, such as spring and autumn festivals, and recreation activities to make life more enjoyable for its residents. However, due to the time-consuming nature of direct care, there is limited time for activities like singing and playing games.

The facility has a café operated by local volunteers, which is visited by users of the short-stay service. The goal is for residents to connect with local people, find meaning in life, and live happily.

A practice report meeting was held on December 14, where eight staff members presented their daily efforts. The grand prize was awarded to "Optimal Childcare" from Nagakami Central Nursery.

A flood evacuation drill was conducted on November 30, targeting several residents on the second floor. Staff safely guided them to the third floor using the elevator.

The facility held Christmas events on each floor, including singing, handbell performances, and bingo games. Residents enjoyed food, drinks, and received Christmas cards.

The café will be closed until January 5. The facility will provide special New Year's meals from January 1 to 3, and will offer napoletana pasta and coffee jelly or pudding on January 12 and 26. Coronavirus vaccinations will be available from December 12.
