Cancer prevention can be achieved through a healthy diet, regular exercise, and avoidance of smoking and excessive stress. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help prevent cancer, while a diet high in meat and sugar can increase the risk of cancer.

Regular cancer screening can also help detect cancer early, and treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy can improve survival rates. Immunotherapy, including checkpoint inhibitors and CAR-T cell therapy, has shown promising results in treating certain types of cancer.
