- The Universal House of Justice (UHJ) addresses Baha'is worldwide, expressing gratitude for their efforts and confidence in their determination.
- In 1967, eleven new National Spiritual Assemblies (NSAs) were formed: Algeria, Tunisia, Cameroon Republic, Swaziland, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zambia, Belize, Leeward, Windward, and Virgin Islands, Eastern and Southern Arabia, Laos, Sikkim, Taiwan, and Gilbert and Ellice Islands.
- By Ridvan 1967, 81 out of 108 NSAs and over 6,000 out of 13,737 Local Spiritual Assemblies (LSAs) were established. 28,217 out of 54,102 required localities were reported.
- Achievements include incorporations, Haziratu'l-Quds, Temple sites, National Endowments, Teaching Institutes, and recognition of Baha'i Marriage Certificates and Holy Days in various countries.
- 25 new languages brought the total to 397, and 311 territories were opened to the Faith.
- The National Spiritual Assembly of Persia gained possession of the historic fortress of Chihriq, and Italy recognized the Faith, leading to incorporation of its NSAs and Local Spiritual Assemblies.
- 53 territories and islands achieved the full number of LSAs, Groups, and Localities called for in the Plan.
- International travelling-teaching projects were undertaken across five continents.
- The UHJ reports constant activity in teaching and administration worldwide, with the Faith's organic vitality attracting Baha'u'llah's confirmation.
- At the World Centre, codification of the Kitab-i-Aqdas, formulation of the Constitution of the Universal House of Justice, and development of gardens surrounding the sacred Shrines continued. "The Baha'i World" Volume XIII was published, and relationships with the United Nations were developed.
- The Hands of the Cause provided constant encouragement to pursue the goals of the Plan and obtain a deeper understanding.
