Summary

La prochaine assemblée des membres de la VSAM aura lieu le 3 mai 2003 à Thoune. Le président de la VSAM a annoncé que les efforts pour obtenir une participation financière accrue de la Confédération pour le musée de l'armée ont échoué. Le développement de la collection et de la sauvegarde de l'héritage matériel de l'armée suisse est en revanche très satisfaisant, avec un nombre croissant d'objets et une nouvelle installation pour les textiles. Une partie de la collection d'étude a trouvé un nouvel emplacement dans l'ancien bâtiment de fabrication des GP 11 à Thoune. La VSAM espère que le DDPS continuera à accomplir la task de conservation du matériel historique pour la postérité.
