Holt Communion is held every Sunday at 8am, with additional services on first and third Sundays after Matins and on Saints' Days. Matins is held on Sundays at 10:30am and on other days at 9:30am, except on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saints' Days. Evensong is held on Sundays at 6:30pm and on other days at 5:30pm. A Sale of Work for Foreign Missions was held on July 12th, raising £56. The Heating and Repairing Fund has received contributions, including £25 from Mr. John Taylor and £10 from Mr. and Mrs. James Fleming. The fund has also received proceeds from the sale of drawings donated by Mr. Frank Brantley. The tower of the church is being made watertight, with work expected to be completed in September. The West end of the North Aisle and the Langdale gate are in need of repair. A Medical Inspection was held on July 21st, with 52 children inspected. Confirmation took place on June 19th, with the Rector encouraging those confirmed to attend Holy Communion regularly. Rushbearing will take place on August 6th, with a procession and service. The annual S.P.G. collections will be held on August 21st, with the Rev. Welbury T. Mitton preaching. A beautifully worked green burse has been gifted to the church. Collections were taken on various Sundays in July, with amounts ranging from £3 8s 3d to £6 0s 10d. Rainfall in June was 2.24 inches, with rain falling on 12 days.
