Summary

De Communistische Partij Holland (CPH) forceerde een nieuwe samenstelling van het bestuur, waarbij 21 van de 30 leden arbeiders moesten zijn. Een resolutie hierover werd zonder discussie aangenomen. Paul de Groot, een 31-jarige diamantbewerker, werd tot bestuurslid gekozen en kreeg een plaats in het partij-secretariaat. De CPH werkte conspiratief, vooral bij het veroveren van de vakbeweging, en organiseerde leden in geheime bedrijfskernen met codenamen. Het doel van de strijd tegen het kapitalisme heiligde de middelen, geïnspireerd door Lenin's strategie om de staatsmacht te veroveren.
