- Provide secretarial support at each location.
- Advertise services in local and regional media.
- Offer 55 Peace Palace services and products, including World Peace Bonds, donations, and membership fees.
- Open local bank accounts.
- Tailor activities for men and ladies separately.
- Recruit initial and subsequent assistants and massage therapists.
- Identify land for Peace Palace construction and Vastu-compliant homes (Peace Colonies).
- Utilize a computerized administrative system.

The goal is to raise funds for at least half the cost of one Peace Palace by July 2005, marking Guru Purnima, symbolizing the transition from Kali Yuga to Satya Yuga. They express gratitude to their Guru and the Vedic Masters' tradition, committing to contribute to the Global Country of World Peace under its various Rajas (local, national, global).
