Summary

Katherine Falkener, widow of Uppingham, made her will in 1658, proved in 1666. She leaves her soul to God and bequeaths her estate as follows:
- 20 shillings to the minister preaching her funeral service
- 10 shillings to her cousin, Mr. Edward Chisledine
- 10 shillings to her faithful servant, Thomas Marston
- 10 shillings to Mary Pakeman
- 10 shillings to Prudence Luoy, an ancient servant, paid in two installments
- All her freehold and leasehold lands in Lyddington, Seton, Thorpe, Caldecott, and Stoke Dry to her youngest son, Anthony Falkener
- Leasehold closes and meadows in the same areas to Anthony Falkener
- Lease of the Pickidge and Stallidge with other lands in Uppingham, Preston, Wing, Glaston, and Bisbrooke to Anthony Falkener
- Appoints Anthony Falkener as sole executor
- Leaves a legacy to Jeffery Palmer, Esquire, and Theodore Greene, hoping they will assist in resolving any disputes regarding her will.
