Meeting Highlights:

1. Minute Approval: The minutes from the January 21, 2020 CoNTTF meeting were reviewed and approved.

2. Chair Announcements & Updates:
- Meeting minute taking will rotate among members (Natalie Ooi to Steve Benoit, then LeeAnn for the next meeting).
- Upcoming event: "A Day in the Life of Non-Tenure Track Faculty" on February 20th, 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. in LSC 380, led by Denise Apodaca from the Graduate School.

3. Action Items & Discussion:

a. Motions from CoRSAF:
- Jenny met with Richard E regarding CoNTTF’s proposed changes on funding for professional development.
- Amended motions clarify that while NTTF do not have access to sabbatical, they should be equally considered if a professional development pool is available. These were approved and will be sent back to CoRSAF.

b. IR Data Queries:
- Dan emailed IR about adding more data points, particularly gender information.
- IR can run gender inquiries but cannot release data tied to gender due to federal protection.
- They are working on providing data on new ranks and appointment types, online credit hours, and FTE by fund by employee (limited due to reporting lag).
- Fall data poll only includes those employed in the fall; spring hires are not included.
- IR stopped publishing student credit hours taught data in 2014, but Jenny requested this information be split by gender for the Standing Committee on Status of Women Faculty.

c. NTTF Task Force Report:
- The task force found senior administration's response to their report inadequate and suggested further review before the NTTF task force joins a meeting.

d. Professional Development Email:
- Dan Bush sent an email about professional development opportunities; no issues were raised, except for its limited distribution (only to NTTF list). Jenny will discuss broader distribution with Dan.
