Summary

El santuari de Lorita, situat al terme de Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, es troba en un paratge únic de la serralada litoral, obert al mar, i està dedicat a la Mare de Déu de Montserrat. El lloc és solitari, poc freqüentat, i abrigat per una espessa vegetació. El santuari fou aixecat sota l'advocació de la Mare de Déu de Montserrat i més tard s'hi adjuntà l'advocació a la Mare de Déu de Loreto. Les ruïnes del santuari ocupen una superfície quadrada d'uns 15,50 per 16,00 metres, amb tres cossos allargats: l'església, la sagristia i una habitació. El lloc està submergit d'una pau infinita i un profund silenci, sols interromput pel cant dels ocells.
