1. Approval of December 21, 2022 Minutes: Approved without objection.

3. Library Card Application and Computer Use:
- Motion to accept Library Card application as amended (Michael Maloney, 2nd by Rishema Fox).

4. Proof of Residency:
- Discussed; to continue review and vote next month.

5. Bylaws of the Library:
- Motion to accept changes to library bylaws (Michael Maloney, 2nd by Helene Tieger).

6. Board Policy for Trustee Nominations:
- Motion to add Policy for Trustee Nominations (Megan Henry, 2nd by Helene Tieger).

7. Library Fines:
- Caroline Ford to research fine-free policies from other libraries.

8. New Business:
- Friends Group (Dale LaGue, Caroline Ford): Continuing progress and planning.
- Auditors: Approved UHY for 2022 audit; review options in the fall.

9. Public Comments:
- Sarah Decker on fine-free policies.
- Emily McCabe raised questions about Arbor Day; Helene Tieger reported on a letter sent to the School Board President.
- Megan Henry suggested integrating Master Gardeners' presentations with life skills groups at the library.
