Account of William Atterithe, reeve of Morden, from 1305:
Income: £7 16s 8¾d (including arrears, rents, issues of the manor, livestock sold, fines, foreign receipts, and sales at audit).
Expenses: £4 15s 8½d (including acquittances, rents paid, plough and cart costs, mill costs, mowing and hoeing, harvest costs, petty expenses, stipends, threshing, corn bought, and visitor expenses).
The reeve owes 28s 7¾d, but is in surplus by 11s 4½d after accounting for arrears owed by previous servants.
Grange issues: 24 quarters 7 bushels of wheat and curall, 1 quarter 2 bushels of rye, and 1 quarter of barley, with some allocated to expenses and others remaining.
