The Royce is a prestigious senior living village, seamlessly integrated into the Penrith Panthers Leagues Club Precinct in Western Sydney. Developed by Tulich Project Management and named after former Penrith Panthers captain, Royce Simmons, the project offers exceptional facilities for residents.

- Design and Construction: Managed by Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC), The Royce features 133 independent living units and a 128-bed residential aged care facility. It was constructed in two stages, with Stage 1 completed in August 2019 and Stage 2 following in August 2020.
- Amenities: The complex boasts beautifully landscaped courtyard gardens, rooftop terraces, a Café Royce, hair salon, wellness centre, media room, and members-only bar. It's strategically located near Penrith Panthers facilities and offers easy access to the vibrant city of Penrith at the foot of the Blue Mountains.
- Architectural Excellence: Designed by award-winning Sydney architects Calderflower, The Royce showcases innovative design elements. The project involved significant civil works, including the demolition of 8,450m2 of existing carpark and bulk excavation of over 25,000m3 for the building footprint and landscaping.
- Fire Safety: EES Fire Pty Ltd designed, supplied, and installed an automatic fire sprinkler system, adhering to new Australian Standards, as part of The Royce's comprehensive fire services package.
- Aged Care Expertise: RCC's Aged Care and Retirement Living division, established in 2015, showcases their expertise with multiple ongoing projects, including Montefiore in Randwick, Kokoda Residences at Waitara, and Riverview assisted living apartments for Carrington Care at Camden.
