A Braisa says not to give terumah to a slave or woman in the granary, but in a place where it's given to a woman, she should be given first. Rava initially took a man's case first in Din Torah, but changed his approach after hearing the Braisa's logic. The Mishna discusses a woman who remarried less than 3 months after termination of a marriage and had a baby boy, creating uncertainty about the boy's father. The sons of both husbands must do chalitza and may not do yibum. If one husband was a Yisrael and the other a Kohen, the boy may only marry a woman fit to marry a Kohen and follows certain rules. If both husbands were Kohanim, the boy acts as an onein for both and they for him. The Gemara explains that when the Mishna says one does chalitza and the other yibum, chalitza must be done first. Shmuel said a child of a Kohen and an unmarried woman is considered a "shtuki" and may not act as a Kohen. A Braisa says a Kohen who did yibum less than 3 months after his brother died and had a son is still fit to be a Kohen Gadol, but this requirement is only D'Rabanan. The Mishna discusses a case where a woman did not wait 3 months after being mezaneh and married another Kohen, and the son may do the Avodah.
