A Braisa discusses the status of a woman who has bi'ah with certain men, including a ger who is an Amoni, Moavi, Mitzri, or Adomi, or who is a Kuti, nasin, chalal, or mamzer. R' Yose says that if a man's children would be passul to a Kohen, he makes the woman he has bi'ah with passul to a Kohen. R' Shimon ben Gamliel says that if a Kohen can marry a man's daughter, he can also marry his widow. The difference between R' Yose and R' Shimon ben Gamliel is in the case of a ger from Amon or Moav, where R' Yose says the woman does not become assur, but R' Shimon ben Gamliel says she does. R' Chisda says that all agree that the widow of a man who was a safek chalal is assur to a Kohen.

Additionally, R' Yehuda in the name of Rav paskened like R' Eliezer, but Shmuel disagreed, citing Hillel's ruling that people of questionable yichus can marry those who are certainly assur. Rav and Shmuel have a machlokes about the status of a child born to an arusah, with Rav saying the child is a mamzer and Shmuel saying the child is a shtuki. However, their views may need to be reversed, or alternatively, they may be using the terms "mamzer" and "shtuki" to refer to different things.

A Braisa also says that R' Elazar holds that a Kuti may not marry a Kutis, and R' Yosef explains that this is because the Rabanan gave the Kutim the status of a ger after 10 generations, at which point they are assur to marry a mamzeres.
