Acknowledgments:
The Rogers City Planning Commission and residents contributed through meetings and comments. The plan was updated in 2020 as part of the MEDC Redevelopment Ready Communities Program. Financial support for the 2014 plan came from the Michigan Coastal Zone Management Program, DEQ, via a NOAA grant.
