The Visitor's administration is guided by the Constitutions, Statutes, and Provincial Norms, and is assisted by a Provincial Plan and a Council, which provides advice and consent in certain matters. The Visitor's role is to direct the apostolic work of confreres, manage temporal goods, and promote the observance of the Constitutions and Statutes.
