Assistant Attorney General
Location: Westchester Regional Office

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
- Trial experience required
- Ability to manage a large caseload
- Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Federal litigation experience preferred
- Substantive Court of Claims or defense litigation experience strongly preferred
- Must be a resident of (or intend to soon become a resident of) New York State
- Admitted to practice law in New York State
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- 2-year commitment upon being hired
