Die AGB gelten für Hundehalter, Tierärzte und Mitarbeitende von Bund, Kantonen und Gemeinden. Die Identitas AG haftet nicht für fehlerhafte oder veränderte Datenübermittlung und übernimmt keine Gewähr für den ununterbrochenen Betrieb der Datenbank. Die Benutzer sind verantwortlich für den Schutz ihrer Geräte und Daten. Die AGB treten am 1. Januar 2019 in Kraft und können jederzeit geändert werden.
