Summary

These Terms and Conditions describe the terms for the sale of real properties at an online auction presented by Zetabid, Inc. on their platform Zetabid.com. Prospective purchasers who register will be deemed "Bidders". All properties are listed by a licensed real estate broker and are sold "AS-IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS". Bidders must register and may be required to place a bid deposit and provide proof of funds. The auction is a "reserve" auction, and all high bidders must have their bid confirmed by the seller. A purchase agreement will be executed by the high bidder, which only constitutes an offer to purchase unless accepted by the seller. Bidders must conduct their own due diligence and inspection of the property prior to bidding. Auctioneer disclaims any liability for defects or inaccuracies in property descriptions.
