Changes are made to the contract for banking services for legal entities:
1. A new clause replaces clause 10.1.10 and the old 10.1.10 becomes 10.1.11;
2. Clauses 14.4, 14.5, 14.5.1, 14.5.2, and 14.5.3 are revised;
3. A new clause replaces 14.7 and the old 14.7 becomes 14.8.

New 10.1.10: The client must notify the bank in advance and immediately of any change in their citizenship/residency, registration in another country, or any other circumstance that substantially changes their legal/tax status in Georgia.

14.4: Official communication between parties must be in written form, which can include electronic means.

14.5: Notification is considered received:
- when the addressee confirms receipt;
- when sent via courier or mail, within 3 calendar days;
- when sent via internet banking, within 3 days;
- when sent via fax, email, or other electronic means, on the second working day.

14.5.3: If the bank sends a notification and it is returned due to the recipient's absence or refusal, it is still considered received.

New 14.7 (formerly 14.8): The client cannot transfer any rights or obligations to a third party without the bank's prior written consent. The bank, as the creditor, can transfer its rights and obligations to a third party at any time without the client's consent.
