Summary

ICANN has qualified the TLD as a .Brand TLD, and Specification 13 applies as long as it meets the definition requirements. If ICANN determines the TLD no longer qualifies, the Registry Operator has 30 days to meet the requirements or initiate a dispute resolution proceeding. If the dispute is not resolved, the TLD will cease to be a .Brand TLD, and the Registry Operator must comply with the Agreement's provisions. The Registry Operator is exempt from certain requirements, such as Specification 9 and the Sunrise Period, but must comply with other provisions, including the Trademark Clearinghouse Rights Protection Mechanism Requirements. Upon termination of the Agreement, the Registry Operator must provide ICANN or a successor registry operator with all data regarding the TLD's operations.
