Summary

Royal Building Products (USA) Inc. provides a limited lifetime warranty for Celect Cellular Exteriors by Royal products installed after 8/1/2015, excluding the Kynar Aquatec finish coating. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, and the product is warranted not to rot, corrode, split, or crack, and to resist termite damage. The warranty remains in effect for the homeowner's lifetime and can be transferred once to a subsequent homeowner with a 50-year term from the date of initial installation, prorated. Royal reserves the right to discontinue or modify products without notice. The warranty does not cover normal weathering, uneven exposure to sunlight, misuse, negligence, or damage caused by other factors. To make a warranty claim, the claimant must provide a written description with pictures within 30 days of identifying a defect.
