Summary

The Chief Investor Relations Officer is responsible for disseminating information and disclosing Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. The Compliance Officer oversees and coordinates disclosure to stock exchanges, shareholders, analysts, and media, and educates staff on disclosure policies and procedures. Unpublished Price Sensitive Information is handled on a "need to know basis" and all non-public information received by employees must be reported to the Compliance Officer. Events affecting share price are disseminated promptly to stock exchanges, and information is transmitted uniformly to all exchanges at the same time. Unpublished price sensitive information is first communicated to stock exchanges before being shared with analysts and media. Transcripts of meetings with analysts are furnished to stock exchanges and posted on the company's website. The company responds to market rumors by providing an appropriate and fair response to regulatory authorities, and decides whether a public announcement is necessary to verify or deny rumors.
