Cerința potrivit căreia clauzele contractuale trebuie să fie exprimate în mod clar și inteligibil nu poate impune profesionistului să anticipeze și să informeze consumatorul cu privire la evoluții ulterioare imprevizibile, precum fluctuațiile excepționale ale cursurilor de schimb.
