Summary

These General Conditions of Delivery apply to all contracts with entrepreneurs, public enterprises, and public assets regarding deliveries and services. The Buyer's purchase conditions do not apply, even if not expressly objected to.

§2: Offers are non-binding, and the purchase contract in text form, including these Conditions, defines the legal relationship between the parties. Oral agreements and amendments are not binding unless confirmed in text form. Information on the subject matter of delivery or service is approximate, and standard deviations or technical improvements are permissible if they do not impair usability.

§3: Prices apply to the listed deliveries and services, with additional or special services charged separately. Prices are in EURO ex works, excluding packaging, VAT, and customs duties. Unless specifically agreed, prices are based on list prices valid on the date of shipment or delivery. Payment is due immediately upon delivery without cash discounts, with payment transfer costs borne by the Buyer. Exceeding the payment deadline or being in default incurs interest and a late payment fee.
