These Service Terms govern Calibration Services performed by UL Contracting Party, outlining responsibilities and obligations of the Client. The services include calibration of products, with prices established in a Quotation or Project Confirmation, which may change at UL's discretion. UL reserves the right to terminate calibration services if equipment cannot be properly calibrated, and Client is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. UL provides a calibration report and attaches a sticker to the calibrated product, but accepts no liability for continued calibration after shipment. Calibration services do not result in product safety certification, and Client is not authorized to use UL's name, marks, or symbols.
