Underwriters Laboratories of Canada Inc. (ULC) and the Client agree to a Field Evaluation Agreement for gas-fired appliances and equipment in Canada. ULC will provide Field Evaluation Services based on Canadian code requirements, and the Client will pay all associated fees regardless of the evaluation outcome. The Client represents that all provided information is complete and accurate, and ULC may rely on it for testing and evaluation. ULC reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Field Evaluation if it poses a safety concern. The Client acknowledges that ULC's determination of acceptability is based on applicable sections of the B149.3 (Gas Code) and that ULC shall not assume responsibility for conformance if the product is moved or modified after evaluation. The Client agrees to indemnify ULC against any third-party claims and to provide safe access to the site for ULC representatives. The Client also acknowledges its willingness to support ULC's public safety mission and agrees to notify ULC of potential field hazards and make available related documents and information.
