Summary

The Saudi Arabia Statement of Conformity (SoC) Program Service Terms govern the services performed by the UL Contracting Party and set out the responsibilities and obligations of the Client. The UL Contracting Party issues a SoC stating that the Client's products comply with SASO standards and technical requirements. The Client must provide relevant information and documentation, and is responsible for products shipped into Saudi Arabia under a SoC. The Client must also comply with Saudi standards and requirements, and may not use the UL Contracting Party's name or marks without authorization. The price for the services is established by the UL Contracting Party's Quotation or Project Confirmation, and the Client must cooperate with the UL Certification Body and Regulatory Body.
