Les conditions contractuelles générales (CCG) de Schulthess Maschinen AG régissent les contrats de service pour les produits commercialisés par Schulthess ou des produits de tiers. Les CCG sont valables pour une durée d'au moins une année et se prolongent tacitement d'une année supplémentaire si aucun des parties ne les a résiliés par écrit trois mois avant leur échéance. Les prix des paquets de services sont fonction des offres et sont exprimés en primes annuelles, payables à l'avance. L'étendue des prestations est fonction du paquet de service commandé par le client et comprend la réparation ou le remplacement de composants, mais exclut les machines ou les composants qui ne sont pas mentionnés dans le contrat de service. Schulthess est responsable des dommages causés intentionnellement ou par négligence grave, mais exclut toute responsabilité pour les dommages causés par des événements naturels, des réparations non effectuées par des personnes autorisées ou des omissions de maintenance.
