The Extractor Terms incorporate the Avalara Service Terms and Conditions and apply to specific Marketplaces, including Amazon, Shopify, and Zoho.

- Avalara may not import street addresses or anonymize them for Amazon transactions, potentially reducing Service accuracy.
- Avalara is solely responsible for the Shopify and Zoho Extractors, while the respective Marketplaces are not liable for any faults or harm.
- A Marketplace can unilaterally suspend or terminate an Extractor, limiting Customer's access to Transaction Data.
- Customer acknowledges that a Marketplace may own Transaction Data, mandate its deletion, and control its use and retention.
- Avalara may modify these Extractor Terms without notice if required by changes to Developer Terms made by Marketplaces.
- Customer must indemnify Avalara and its Affiliates against Losses incurred due to claims or actions arising from Customer's use of the Extractor or unauthorized access to Transaction Data.
