Summary

EVAPCO warrants units against failure caused by defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from installation, not exceeding 18 months from shipment. Labor costs and damage from misuse are not covered. Additional warranties apply for mechanical equipment components (5 years), non-mechanical components with stainless construction (5 years), and stainless steel coils (5 years). Thermal performance is warranted for 1 year from installation. The sole remedy for breach of warranty is repair, replacement, or refund, with EVAPCO liable only for costs pertaining to equipment supplied by them. EVAPCO's liability is limited to the purchase price, and they are not responsible for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages. All implied warranties are disclaimed, and the unit is sold "as is".
