Die Satzung der Fachschaft der Physikalisch-Astronomischen Fakultät der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena regelt die Organisation und Aufgaben der Fachschaft. Die Fachschaft vertritt die Interessen ihrer Mitglieder und fördert die wissenschaftliche Ausbildung. Der Fachschaftsrat ist das beschlussfassende Organ und wird von den ordentlichen Mitgliedern der Fachschaft gewählt. Die Satzung legt auch die Einberufung und Befugnisse der Fachschaftsvollversammlung fest, die das höchste beschlussfassende Organ der Fachschaft ist.
