1.1 Definitions: Terms used in the Flying Blue programme are defined, including Air France, Airline Partner, Airline Reward, Company, Customer Service Centre, Earn Activity, Eligible Flight, Enrolment Date, First Activity Date, Flying Blue Communication, Flying Blue Family, General Terms and Conditions, KLM, Member, Membership Card, Miles, Non-Airline Partner, Overall Extending Activity, Partner, Partial Extending Activity, Password, Personal Data, Programme, Promotional Offers, Qualification Date, Qualification Period, Reward, Reward Ticket, Reward Upgrade, SkyTeam, SkyTeam Partner, and XP.

1.2 General: The General Terms and Conditions define the contractual relationship between the Company and each Member, with the Company reserving the right to cancel or replace the Programme, transfer ownership, or amend the Programme, terms, and conditions at any time, with notification through Flying Blue Communication. Members may terminate their membership if they do not accept amended terms, and the General Terms and Conditions continue to govern after termination.
