ARCH's lawful basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract or taking steps to enter into a contract. They share personal data with trusted third parties, including financial processing systems and IT service providers, and retain data for no longer than reasonably necessary. Clients and suppliers have rights regarding their personal data, including requesting a copy, correction, erasure, or restriction of processing, and objecting to processing.
