1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees of the Promoter; its agencies associated with this promotion.
3. Entries open on 01/06/18 9.00am AEST and entries close 30/06/18 midnight AEST.
4. To enter, simply purchase a choc-dipped cone or topping from Gelatissimo Cronulla, within the entry period to receive an entry form.
5. The winner will be drawn at random on Sunday 1st July at 12midday AEST by Gelatissimo Cronulla Franchisee.
6. Prize includes 1x Medium cup or cone gelato for a week for a whole year, provided in the form of vouchers, valued at $374 incl. GST.
7. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission.
8. Winner will be notified by phone or email within a day of picking the winner and will have 48 hours to confirm acceptance of prize.
9. If prize is unclaimed, a new winner will be selected at random on Sunday 8th July at 12midday AEST.
10. By entering, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and used for future promotional purposes.
11. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter.
12. Winner agrees to have their photo taken at Gelatissimo Cronulla, to be used for marketing purposes.
