Orders are executed according to Metaalunie conditions and additional conditions.
Deliveries are free of charge (franco) for orders over €950 net within the Netherlands (excluding Wadden Islands).
Delivery times are agreed upon in consultation.
Additional freight charges apply for timed deliveries between 7:00 and 8:00 am.
Prices are in Euros, excluding VAT, and are subject to change.
Orders under €250 are charged with €20 administration/handling costs.
Drawings must be approved by the client, and costs are charged to the client.
Approvals from local and national authorities are the responsibility of the client.
Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Returns are only accepted with permission from the order handling department.
Complaints must be made within 8 days.

Return Policy

Returns must be announced in writing via email to [email protected].
Only materials delivered by R-Vent Netherlands can be returned.
Non-standard products, pipes, and channels are not accepted for return.
Returns must be sent free of charge to the R-Vent Netherlands location where the goods were purchased.
Returns with a total net value of less than €100 are not accepted.
Returned materials are subject to quality control, and only approved materials are credited.
Credit is given with a deduction of €50 + 20% of the net value.
Returns are only accepted within 3 months of delivery.

Applicable Conditions

The Metaalunie general delivery and payment conditions apply to all deliveries and services provided by R-Vent Netherlands.
