Supplier's deliveries, services, and offers are based on these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery, which are incorporated into all contracts with customers.
§2: Offers are revocable and non-binding unless expressively identified as binding, and the Supplier reserves ownership rights and copyrights to documents supplied to the Customer.
§3: Prices stated in the Supplier's offer or order confirmation apply, and the Supplier reserves the right to adjust prices due to unforeseeable changes in wages, material costs, and exchange rates.
§4: Deliveries are made "ex works" (Incoterms 2010), and deadlines are approximate unless a fixed deadline is promised or agreed, with the Supplier liable for delays only up to 5% of the value of the delayed good or service.
