ITX Gift Card Terms.pdf

1. Validity & Usage:
- The gift card (card) is valid for purchases at any physical store or online platform of ITX S, d.o.o. in Slovenia (Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home).
- The card is valid for 5 years from the purchase date (physical) or e-poštno potrdilo (online), or from the opening date of the virtual card.

2. Issuer & Ownership:
- Issued by ITX S, d.o.o., Ljubljana, Slovenia.
- The cardholder is the sole owner and depositary.

3. Usage Limits:
- The card can be used as many times as the holder wishes, until its expiration or until the full balance is spent.

4. Returns & Refunds:
- Physical cards can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, while virtual cards can be returned within 30 days of activation.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- International purchases or those made on non-ITX S, d.o.o. platforms are not refundable.
- Unused balance on returned cards is not refunded.

5. Expiration & Non-Refundable Balance:
- The card expires 5 years after purchase/activation, with no option to renew or refund unused balance.

6. Responsibility & Liability:
- The issuer is not responsible for identifying or authenticating the cardholder.
- The cardholder is responsible for its use and any loss or theft.
- Stolen, lost, or damaged cards are not replaced.

7. Illegal Obtained Cards:
- Cards obtained illegally are null and void, and cannot be used for purchases or refunds.

8. Virtual Card Delivery:
- The issuer is not responsible for delivery failures or delays of virtual cards due to factors beyond their control.

9. Prohibited Use:
- Cards cannot be used for advertising or promoting third-party products or services without prior written consent.

10. Acceptance of Terms:
- Purchase and/or use of the card signifies acceptance of these general terms.

11. Dispute Resolution:
- Disputes can be addressed to the issuer's email or business address. The issuer does not recognize any specific alternative dispute resolution providers.
