El candidato, titular del Juzgado de lo Social 30 de Madrid, se presenta a las elecciones porque cree que su experiencia de siete años de trabajo como Letrado en el Consejo puede ser de utilidad en la actual situación. Su objetivo es restaurar la imagen y el prestigio del órgano de gobierno de los jueces, y recuperar la perspectiva de la independencia judicial. Su programa incluye la mejora de la imagen de la justicia, la igualdad y conciliación de la vida familiar y profesional, la promoción y designación de cargos, y el ejercicio de la función jurisdiccional. También propone la supresión del sistema de visitas de pleitesía, la creación de un sistema reglado para la designación de cargos, y la implementación de sistemas de apoyo al juez.
