Summary

Il regolamento dell'IX edizione del Concorso di Arbitrato Lewiatan prevede che il concorso sia rivolto a persone che stanno svolgendo la pratica legale o la pratica di consulente legale in Polonia. Il concorso si articola in due fasi: una scritta e una orale. La fase scritta consiste nella preparazione di atti processuali, mentre la fase orale consiste nella presentazione di argomenti orali. Il concorso si svolge in lingua polacca e le squadre possono essere composte da 2 a 4 persone. La registrazione delle squadre è aperta dal 21 febbraio 2022 al 3 aprile 2022. Il concorso prevede l'uso di un caso di studio (Kazus) che sarà pubblicato sul sito web del concorso il 21 febbraio 2022. Le squadre devono preparare atti processuali e argomenti orali in base al caso di studio e devono rispettare le regole del concorso. La valutazione degli atti processuali e degli argomenti orali sarà effettuata da giurati e le squadre saranno premiate in base ai risultati.
