Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) der Univers IT AG regeln den Abschluss, Inhalt und die Abwicklung von Verträgen zwischen Kunden und Univers IT für Managed Service und Consulting Services. Die AGB sind integrierender Bestandteil aller Offerten und Verträge und können von Univers IT jederzeit geändert werden. Der Vertragsabschluss erfolgt durch Unterzeichnung des Vertrages oder durch produktive Nutzung des Service. Die Leistungen von Univers IT umfassen Managed Services und Consulting Services, darunter IT-as-a-Service, Software-as-a-Service und andere IT-Themen. Die Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen sind im Vertrag vereinbart, und Rechnungen sind innerhalb von 30 Tagen zu bezahlen. Bei Zahlungsverzug kann Univers IT die Lieferung und Leistung einstellen. Die AGB regeln auch das Eigentum an Hardware, Software und sonstigem IT-Equipment.
