Summary

NOYEN Sp. z o.o. grants a non-exclusive license to use its Software, which controls Machines purchased from them, with certain conditions and limitations. The Licensee must review and accept the General Licensing Conditions, which are publicly accessible on NOYEN's website. The license allows the Licensee to use the Software for their own purposes, but prohibits distribution, translation, modification, or reproduction of the Software without prior written consent. The Licensee is permitted to keep one copy of the Software, but may not download it directly from the PLC driver or HMI panel. The license does not grant consent to use NOYEN's trademarks or make changes to the Software. The Licensor is obliged to remove critical faults from the Software without additional remuneration, but is not liable for damage or loss caused by improper use or other factors.
