Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) and Meharry Medical College Ventures (Contractor)
Term: January 13, 2021 - December 31, 2021, with possible extension up to 60 months
Total Compensation: Not to exceed $18,000,000

Scope of Work

Development and implementation of COVID-19 testing and monitoring protocols
COVID-19 testing program for MNPS students and staff using rapid antigen tests and PCR tests
Vaccination plan for eligible MNPS students and staff

Payment Terms

Payment by ACH (Automated Clearing House)
Net 30 days upon receipt of correctly submitted invoice
Invoice requirements: purchase order number, item description, quantity, price, and remittance address

Warranty and Liability

One-year warranty for goods and services
Contractor responsible for repair or replacement of defective goods
MNPS may return defective goods for a full refund

Insurance Requirements

Contractor must obtain and maintain insurance coverage, including general liability and workers' compensation
Proof of insurance required, naming MNPS as additional insured
Certificate of insurance must be provided prior to commencement of performance and updated upon expiration.
