- General Terms (Opći uvjeti) apply to package travel arrangements organized by Mondo travel d.o.o. They override conflicting clauses in the contract or program.
- Definitions include: Agencija (Mondo travel d.o.o.), GDPR, Ministerstvo, Opći uvjeti, Program putovanja, Putnik, Razlozi za koje Agencija ne odgovara, Ugovaratelj, ZPUT.
- Data Protection (Zaštita osobnih podataka): Agencija processes, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with GDPR and relevant regulations. Data is used for communication, contract negotiation, and service execution. It may also be used for marketing purposes with user consent. Users can withdraw consent at any time.
- Reservations and Contracts (Rezervacije i sklapanje ugovora): Reservations can be made via various methods. A deposit (acont) of at least 30% of the reservation value is required. The contract comes into force when Agencija receives the full deposit. The remaining amount is due 21 days before the trip. Failure to pay may result in contract cancellation and a cancellation fee.
- Transfer of Contract (Prijenos ugovora na drugog putnika): Before the trip, the contract can be transferred to another eligible person, with both parties being jointly responsible for payment.
- Payment (Plaćanje): Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer, or by credit/debit card at Agencija's office, or via online payment or card payment form sent via email.
